Regular maintenance
Replaced the lubricant regularly
After the initial operation of the equipment for one week, the initial addition of the oil should be replaced. Specific lubricating oil grades can refer to the description in the product manual. The oil level reaches the second mark of the oil standard. After 4000 hours of continuous operation of the equipment, it is necessary to replace the pump-inward lubricating oil. Oil replacement can refer to the description in the product manual. The oil level reaches the second mark of the oil standard. You can also consult the lubricant supplier to replace the same grade of lubricants. When the ambient temperature or material medium temperature below -50 ℃, the need for higher grade lubricants. Specific consultation can contact the dealer or factory after-sales service sector.
Replacement of vulnerable parts within one year
According to the operating characteristics of the equipment,we has specially designed the spare parts for regular maintenance. The spare parts kit contains all the vulnerable parts of the flow end of the device, including diaphragm assembly, valve ball/seat (or one-way valve group), oil seal, and related seals. In the non-critical operating environment, it is recommended that users take a disassembly inspection and confirmation of the wear of the vulnerable parts in about 6 months. If there are major wear and tear, it is recommended to replace the relevant vulnerable parts in time and adjust the maintenance cycle. If wear is within acceptable limits, it is recommended to replace the vulnerable parts once a year.
Three year operation and maintenance
It is recommends that customers run and maintain the equipment once every three years. This maintenance requires thorough maintenance of the device's overcurrent and drive terminals, requiring disassembly and maintenance of the overcurrent and drive terminals. Replace parts that are overly worn. Among them, it is recommended that the seal parts and bearings of the drive end be replaced except for the normal replacement of the vulnerable parts.
Fault Diagnosis of Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump
Phenomenon | Cause | Solution |
The pump can not run normally or run without flow | Liquid level in the reservoir is too low. | Add liquid to the pool. |
Check valve is damaged or contaminated. | Cleaning or replacement.
The tubing is blocked. | Clear Pipeline.
Liquid is frozen. | Dissolve the whole dosing system
The fuse is blew out . | Replace the fuse.
The thermal overload device in the motor starter jumps off . | Reset the thermal overload device.
The cable is disconnected . | Find the position and repair it.
The voltage is too low . | Test and calibrate (maybe the cable is too fine).
The pump is not filled with liquid . | Before piping the pressure line, the pipette and pump head should be filled with liquid.
Pumping fluid is insufficient | Check valve seat wear or contamination | Cleaning or replacement |
The stroke adjustment is set to zero position | Reset stroke setting
The pump is running at a wrong speed | Match the power supply voltage and frequency to the data on the pump motor nameplate
Lack of liquid | Increase the diameter of the pipette or increase the suction head
Suction tube leakage | Repair the suction line
Suction is too high | Rearrange the equipment to reduce the suction process
The liquid approaches the boiling point | Cooling the liquid or increasing the suction head
Leakage of relief valve in the liquid discharge pipeline | Repair or replace the safety valve
Liquid viscosity is too high | Reduce viscosity (e.g. heating or diluting liquid)
The infusion volume is unstable | Suction tube leakage | Maintenance of suction line |
Safety valve leakage | Repair or replace the safety valve
Insufficient suction water | Improve the liquid level of the suction tank or use the pressure solution tank
The liquid approaches the boiling point | Cooling the liquid or increasing the suction water
Check valve seat wear or contamination | Cleaning or replacement
Piping filters are blocked or contaminated | Cleaning strainer
Motor and pump body overheated | The operating temperature of the motor and the pump is often hot | No more than 93°c |
Power does not conform to electrical specifications of the motor | Make sure the power supply matches the motor correctly
Pump running under rated performance condition | Reduce the pressure or stroke speed, If this does not work, please contact the dealer or factory after-sales service department
Pump lubricating oil filling is incorrect. | Discharge the oil and refill the appropriate amount of recommended lubricant
When the pump is set at zero stroke, the liquid is still transported | Error adjust the scale knob | Re-adjust Stroke settings |
Lack of hydraulic difference | Correct operating conditions
Excessive gear noise | The backlash is too large | Please contact the dealer or factory after-sales service department |
Bearing wear | Please contact the dealer or factory after-sales service department
Incorrect marking of lubricating oil or insufficient filling amount | Replacement or replenishment of lubricating oil
Every stroke has a loud crash | Excessive loss of gear parts | Please contact the dealer or factory after-sales service department |
Bearing wear | Please contact the dealer or factory after-sales service department
The liquid end runs with noise | Noise in a check valve | The ball is moved up and down by a certain force, and a special "tick" noise is normal, especially in a metal piping system |
Leak detection at bottom of pump head, material leakage | Diaphragm broken | Change the diaphragm |
Pump head Bottom inspection hole, lubricant leakage | Oil Seal Rupture | Change oil seal |
